3. TERM AND RENEWAL
3.1 This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for twenty-four (24) months (the “Initial Term”).
3.2 This Agreement shall renew automatically for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party gives written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
